Halo Ritual is a skincare ritual tracker for iPhone. If something isn't working or you have a question, write to us — a person reads every message.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Halo Ritual. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Open the app, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.
On your phone. Photographs are sent for analysis at the moment you take a scan, and are not kept on Halo Ritual's servers afterwards. They are never used to train AI models.
Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Open the app, go to Settings and tap Delete Account. This removes your account and everything associated with it.
You can also write to us and we'll handle it. If you're in the EU or UK you have the right to access, correct, export or erase your data, and to object to how it's used — email us and we'll respond within one month.
Scores are read from a photograph, so lighting, angle and distance affect them. For comparable results, scan in the same place at the same time of day, with clean skin and no makeup.
Small movements between scans are normal and don't indicate a real change.
The app helps you organise and track a cosmetic skincare routine. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Speak to a doctor or dermatologist about a skin condition.
Tell us your iPhone model and iOS version if you're reporting a problem — it makes it much faster to find.
